The drive to Wollongong took longer than we expected. We got into town and found the hotel/apartment building where we were staying. The parking for the hotel was in an underground parking garage and we had to take elevators to the floor our hotel room was at. It reminded us of living in downtown Fort Worth. Afterwards, we walked around the area and found a pizza place to have dinner. We had to go down the street to buy a bottle of wine to have with our pizza. The pizza was ok, but nothing special. The hotel room was by far the worst accommodation we have been in on this trip. The room was not well cleaned and there was obvious water damage that had not been repaired well. But for one night, it would work.
