After six weeks of almost continuously being on the move, we are exhausted! David decided to impose a self quarantine on himself to make sure he did not spread what ever germ he came down with to the rest of the ship. So, we spent the first day in our cabin and just relaxed, ordered room service and enjoyed being still for a little while. We opened up the books we had brought along and read peacefully. Leslie went to the Spa and got her hair done while David lazed around the cabin. For day 2, Leslie went back to the Spa and got a deep tissue message that left her limp. Seems she had knots on her knots. By day three at sea, David had not run a fever for almost 48 hours so he felt good getting out and about. We got out to the main dining room for lunch and wandered around the ship. The ship was moving through the straight between the North and South Islands of New Zealand. The weather was gloomy with rain, low clouds and fog. So, we did not get to see much land. We hit the buffet for dinner since we did not feel like getting dressed up. Looking around, we have decided that once again, we are one of the youngest couples on board. We headed for bed early since we had to be up early in the morning.
