It is a short (118 miles) but scenic drive to Billings. Billings is an industrial town and the distribution center for the entire region. It reminded us a lot of Odessa. W are staying at the Billings KOA ($130 per night). This is the very first Kampgrounds of America (KOA) and also home to the KOA University for new KOA owners. It is a nice campground with a lot of amenities for the children. We had not pulled anything our for dinner, so we drove to the Montana Brewing Company in the downtown area for dinner and a brew.
