Still working to get over jet lag, we went to Lauren’s house for Christmas Eve Day. They wanted to have dinner and gift opening early so the girls would not fall asleep in the middle. But Avery still managed to fall asleep just before we started opening gifts. So they had to stir her awake to open her gifts. But once she woke up she was fine and we had a great time playing with them and their new toys. Christmas day, we went over to Cynthia’s for dinner/lunch and enjoyed family time.
