We headed to Napa for one last sweep through our favorite wineries. We visited Inglenook (Francis Ford Coppola), and Castello Di Amorosa where we did wine tastings. We also toured the Coppola Museum (They had a Tucker Sedan!) at Inglenook and enjoyed a relaxing glass of wine. We bought two bottles of wine at Castello Di Amorosa for future consumption. We tried to go to Plump Jack but they had already closed for the afternoon (4:30 on a Friday?). So we headed for Sequoia Grove to pick up a new aerator and have a glass of wine. But we found out that they could only do tasting and could not sell individual glasses of wine since they serve food now. A winery that can’t sell you a glass of wine? They also no longer carried the aerator we wanted. Sigh. So we headed back to the Wanderer to enjoy a glass at home.
